Thematics

The Banque d'art Populaire acadien (BAPA) collection is representative of both amateur artistic practices in Acadia as well as remarkable works by artists expressing a unique personality. The collection includes nine major folk art thematics which are animals, still life, landscapes, scenes of daily life, seascapes, religion, portraits, Acadian themes and abstracts.
